Commonly found on class 3-8 trucks and equipment. 1 Remove the cotter pin and castle nut. 2 Select the corresponding sized Tie Rod End Remover. 3 Make sure tie rod end threads are clean and free of damage. 4 Thread on the tool until it bottoms out, then back it off one complete turn. 5 Strike the top of the tool with a hammer, tie rod will “pop” loose. 6 Remove the tool
