HOW TO APPLY:1. Clean the skin with facial cleanser or a non-oil product and dry the skin. 2. Peel the plastic film off of the sticker. 3. Handle the corners of the applique carefully and apply it on your eyes/ face.4. Position the tattoos and press firmly into place with fingers.5.
